What is involved in this session?
These sessions are suited for those in client-facing professions of care where relational and other contextual factors are not adequately or continuously attended to, either in the training process or post-training. These may include (but are not limited to) professions such as yoga teacher, TCM practitioner, naturopath or kinesiologist.
The imago presents a dual image: the one who has become fully formed, and the one whom those still growing turn towards for wisdom, support and encouragement. These sessions are designed to be a place for you to turn towards as a budding or established practitioner, whilst those you are in service to turns towards you in your care.
In these sessions, we might:
Unpack recent client experiences which stirred your own personal material.
Look at ways to handle novel, challenging situations that present in your clinic/practice.
Look at ways where appropriate continuing/adjacent care for clients outside of your professional scope needs to be communicated.
Support you in expanding your network and making changes in your field/industry.
Experiment with boundary-setting and increase cultural sensitivity.
Hone your unique style and approach as a practitioner.
