Student Clinic Sessions
As part of my final year of training in a Masters Degree in Gestalt Therapy, I am offering several opportunities over 2025 for low-cost therapy sessions in exchange for my ongoing training and assessment needs.
Between February and June, there will be availability for 8 sessions (with an opportunity to extend).
For those unfamiliar, Gestalt therapy is a relational and holistic modality of therapy which focuses more on the how than the why: raising awareness of how one does life, how one's histories show up in the present, how environment/culture shapes how we interface with the others and the world. Gestalt therapy aims to support life-giving change with grace and affirmation of one's authenticity through the presence of relationship.
For in-person sessions:
I am available on Monday evenings between 4:30PM and 8PM at my clinic space in Preston. Please get in touch at the enquiry link below.
For Zoom sessions:
Availability is more flexible and can be discussed directly with me. Please get in touch at the enquiry link below.
Further information:
Each session is 50 minutes.
Fee is $30AUD
A supervisor will be in attendance of at least 3 sessions. Confidentiality is always upheld.
Sessions are offered at discounted cost in exchange for training experience/assessment.
Intake and consent forms will be sent to those whom I will be able to see for these sessions according to my supervision and assessment needs.
Please register your interest via email and I will get back to you. If it is not aligned for us to work together in this way at this time, there will be other opportunities in the second part of the year, potentially with changed availability.
I look forward to working with you.
N.B. To maintain ethical practice standards, participants must be at least 3 degrees of separation from the therapist; i.e. I am unable to practice with a friend, colleague or close acquaintance (primary contact), nor their partner, friend or close acquaintance (secondary contact), but perhaps the secondary contact’s acquaintance, friend or colleague. If you are unsure, you can always message or email me.
