What is involved in this session?
To be a touchstone is to know oneself as an embodiment of the world one wishes to see and live in. Without adequate support, unearthing this embodied wisdom is often hard won in the data-heavy milieu of the modern landscape and the relational sway between authenticity and belonging.
This session is designed for individuals who are interested in developing their self- and other- awareness, emotional maturity and empathetic leadership skills; who are keen to sharpen their response-ability, whether that be applicable to their personal or professional lives.
In these sessions, we might:
Examine your history; how it impacts your current perceptions and choices.
Navigate the gaps between where you are and where you’d like to be with compassion, self-acceptance and courage.
Experiment with ways of being which reflect your unique strengths and highest integrity in the now.
Unpack your relationship to and embodiment of power.
Explore aspects of your shadow, including your golden shadow: the unique gifts which you needed to hide away or remained undernourished in your development that are critical for the world you intend to co-create with others.
